Aligners work when they are worn, so we recommend 18 to 22 hours a day. Take them out only to eat, drink anything other than water, and clean your teeth.
You may feel pressure for a day or two with each new set. This means the aligners are working, and it settles quickly.
Invisalign recognises its doctors in tiers based on how many patients they have treated with aligners. Black Diamond status reflects a high volume of treated cases, so your plan is led by someone with deep, hands-on aligner experience.
