"I didn't start VIN SMILES to build a practice. I started it to change an experience."

Dr. Neha Sachdeva has been practicing dentistry since 2009, and established VIN SMILES in 2019 with a belief that was, frankly, radical at the time: that patients should want to come to the dentist. Not reluctantly, not anxiously, but with confidence, curiosity, and the expectation of being genuinely cared for.

The dental sector had a problem. Not with clinical quality (India had extraordinary dentists) but with how care was delivered. Cold environments. Rushed consultations. Patients who left knowing what had been done to them, but not why. Dental anxiety, especially among women and children, was near-universal. VIN SMILES was built to actively alleviate dental anxiety at every step.

Dr. Neha Sachdeva begins her clinical journey in South Delhi with a clear mission: anxiety-free, specialist-grade dentistry. That philosophy later led to VIN SMILES being formally established in 2019.

VIN SMILES becomes one of the first certified Invisalign providers in South Delhi. The clear aligner programme launches and is immediately in high demand, straightening without wire, discomfort, or self-consciousness.

Laser Dentistry Programme Launched

Triple wavelength diode laser integrated into the practice. Gum contouring, depigmentation, crown lengthening, and laser whitening become part of the standard treatment menu. Patient comfort scores rise sharply. Anxiety around procedures drops significantly.
